30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It must have the original tags and labels attached (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Shipping Returns

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to defect or damage, please send us an email at [email protected], and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
